New Hires and Promotions at LINX

At LINX, growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because we invest in the right people for the right seats; those who bring vision, capability, and a clear focus on the client experience. In 2025 alone, we welcomed over 660 new team members and celebrated more than 300 internal promotions!

Each of these decisions reflects more than a headcount goal. They’re part of a long-term strategy to scale responsibly and support our mission: delivering a consistent, world-class experience for our clients and our people.

Let’s take a look at some of the standout hires and strategic promotions shaping the future of LINX.

Promotions That Reflect Impact

Devin Rhinehart – President, Network Cabling

Devin has been instrumental in scaling the Network Cabling team and driving transformational change for the last year and a half. His promotion to President reflects that impact and maintains continuity for clients and internal teams alike.

Nick Blair – EVP, LINX Wireless

Nick has played a major role in the rapid growth of our wireless division, which doubled in size this year. His expanded leadership scope supports that trajectory and reinforces operational excellence as the group scales.
