How Our Team at LINX Gives Back

What Is LINX Cares?

LINX Cares was founded in 2018 and underwent a strategic expansion in 2021 to broaden its outreach and deepen its impact. Our mission is simple: to empower employees and partners to drive meaningful community change. Whether through hands-on volunteer work, fundraising, or donation drives, LINX Cares makes sure that our corporate success translates into direct community benefits.

Community Partnerships & Charitable Contributions

We believe strong communities are built through action. That’s why LINX Cares collaborates with organizations that provide essential services to underserved populations. Here’s how we’re making a difference:

Food Bank of the Rockies

Hunger is a persistent issue, and LINX Cares is committed to helping those in need. Our teams participate in quarterly volunteer events, assisting in food processing and distribution efforts. Recently, our volunteers helped move 18,000 pounds of food—equivalent to 14,000 meals—for families struggling with food insecurity. With federal support fluctuating, LINX Cares plays a crucial role in bridging funding and resource gaps to help make sure that no family goes hungry.

Wish for Wheels

Every child deserves the joy of owning a bicycle, and through Wish for Wheels, LINX Cares helps make that possible. Each year, we purchase and build 70+ bikes for second graders in underserved schools. By partnering with industry leaders like Crestron, ComSCO, and Corning, we expand our impact and bring the community together through an annual bike-building event where employees, partners, and sponsors assemble bikes for local students.

Toys for Tots

The holidays should be a time of joy for all children. LINX Cares organizes an annual company-wide toy drive, collecting and distributing 750+ toys across multiple locations. Employees from all branches contribute, making a nationwide impact and ensuring that children in need receive gifts during the holiday season.

Ronald McDonald House

For families with sick children in hospitals, having a warm meal can provide much-needed comfort. LINX Cares supports the Ronald McDonald House by sending volunteers to serve meals for families staying at the facility. This initiative helps provide support and relief to parents and caregivers facing challenging times.

Courage Classic

Supporting children’s health is a priority for LINX Cares, and the Courage Classic is a major fundraising event that benefits Children’s Hospital Colorado. LINX employees participate by cycling 80-100 miles to raise funds, while our teams host water stations and volunteer to support the event’s success.

Colorado Gives Day & Regional Giving Days

LINX Cares encourages employees across all offices to participate in Colorado Gives Day and other local giving initiatives. These efforts focus on supporting veterans, youth programs, and community-building projects, reinforcing our commitment to philanthropy at both a local and national level.
