On Saturday April 11th, LINX was contacted about a T&M project for over 400 beds at temporary treatment facilities in two separate locations. A meeting was quickly called with key staff and management to assemble and deploy a team to the National Bank Building and the Mack Building in Loveland, Colorado.

DEPLOYING THE RIGHT TEAM IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS
On the following day, Sunday April 12th, a team of 10 skilled experts were working at the two separate locations. The deployment happened seamlessly and without causing any delays or issues at other client projects, insuring a best-in-class customer experience for all involved. A seasoned Project Manager led the team of 10 on this urgent project. The client already purchased the material was on-site, so the team started by evaluating the inventory and addressing any issues. The team worked around the clock to install trays with over 100,000 feet of cable for 420 beds in a week.

MANY WORKING TOGETHER AS ONE TEAM
The State of Colorado enlisted several companies including Encore Electric and LINX for the temporary testing facility project. Establishing roles, responsibilities, safety procedures, and proper communication immediately let all involved unite as partners to tackle the tasks efficiently and safely.

COVID-19 SAFETY
LINX takes the health and safety of our employees and partners very seriously. Daily Toolbox Talks set the expectations for the day. Everyone fully understands their role and what success looks like before the day begins. Every LINX team member is required to use their personal PPE hardhat, glasses, mask, gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting supplies. And to further fight contamination, tools are not to be shared and must be disinfected after use. At the end of the day, workers return home and wash all clothing, including the masks.
