Chris plays a pivotal role in leading the Audio-Visual Field and Service Operations from Operation Managers to Technicians. Collaborating closely with the Account Manager throughout the preconstruction phase, Chris assists the team in risk management and operational efficiency. During the construction phase, Chris assumes leadership of the project management team, ensuring the timely delivery of project objectives. One of his key responsibilities is to appropriately allocate staff resources to meet client schedules and budgets.
Chris has contributed significantly to the organization by creating, implementing, and maintaining various project processes and implementation tools. These tools have been instrumental in facilitating the successful completion of numerous projects.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University, which has provided him with a strong foundation in business principles. Additionally, he possesses certifications that enhance his expertise in operations management.
