The United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum was one of the top 11 most anticipated buildings in the world in 2020 according to Architectural Digest.
LINX provided Audio Visual, Networking Cabling, and Security Solutions while managing over 800 working hours during the 4-year, 120K+ square feet project. Collaborating and working alongside dozens of contractors and hundreds of workers. In the fall of 2020, LINX will also install the wireless solutions.
LINX Network Cabling installed 300+ CAT 6 cables totaling 70,000’ of copper cable and 3000’ of fiber backbone to connect the 7 Telecom Rooms setting up a technology foundation that could easily evolve and upgrade in the future. This technology infrastructure supports the museum staff and the top-of-the-line exhibits that honor the history of the United States Olympic and Paralympic achievements
LINX Security Solutions consisted of installing 58 cameras, 22 door locations, motion detectors and pads for an intrusion system with a centrally located command center.
