BEGINNINGS OF A GREAT RELATIONSHIP
While first developing our relationship with Prologis, LINX was contracted to move their Corporate Denver office downtown to attract a younger and more tech savvy workforce. They transitioned from traditional cubes to an almost entirely open collaborative space. Drop in workstations and hoteling options supported their hybrid work schedules but needed to be uniform to ensure that anyone visiting the office was able to easily plug in.
NATIONALLY STREAMLINED AUDIO-VISUAL SOLUTIONS
LINX also worked with Prologis in over 30 of their national offices to install Poly, Inc. (formally Polycom) solutions to support zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings happening throughout their offices. Many these projects were pre-Covid but the progressive direction helped them react to the changing workplace at a much faster pace then their competitors. LINX initially used subs for the national work until Prologis identified that they were willing to travel the LINX Teams to maintain the exact standard of work of each previous project.
SAN FRANCISCO HEADQUARTERS
In 2018, LINX was not originally awarded the work on the San Francisco Corporate headquarters as they had an existing relationship with a local contractor. After this project was finished, Prologis’ team realized that the work done was not up to Prologis new standards represented by LINX’s most recent work. After a short time, Prologis contracted LINX to come back and fix the office’s systems and install a newer Poly, Inc. solution.
STRUCTURED CABLING
LINX has installed over $500K of structured cabling in several locations for Prologis. We work throughout the Untied States with Prologis and Prologis is hoping that we can start working internationally with them as well. Our consistent work in Colorado, Oregon, Florida, Texas, and Arizona (to name a few) has become the go-to standard for Prologis facilities nationwide.
SITE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
For 3+ years LINX provided year around site specialist support in the Denver location. This specialist not only support Prologis with remote break fix in the U.S. but also across Europe and Asia. We provide clients with meeting set up support and event support locally and remotely. Specialist is part of the Prologis help desk ticketing system that allows up-to-date ticket activity and trends.
