About

The project involved several key installations and buildouts. Firstly, a 3456-strand OSP fiber metro connection was installed, spanning over a mile in length, to connect the existing campus to a new building. In addition, there was a buildout of four data halls data center, which included the installation of copper cables and various fiber cables, ranging from 24 to 2880 strands, with ribbon splicing. Furthermore, over 200 racks and cabinets were installed to accommodate the infrastructure needs. Lastly, overhead fiber raceways, measuring 6″ and 12″ in size, were implemented to support the routing of fiber cables throughout the facility.

Throughout the project, a strong and positive relationship was built with both the end-user and Clayco (General Contractor). This was achieved by consistently surpassing task completion expectations and maintaining a strong focus on safety. The ability to increase the scope of work as unforeseen items arose during the project was also a notable accomplishment. Demonstrating great flexibility, coordination efforts with other trades were made to assist them, ensuring everyone remained on task and on schedule. These collaborative efforts contributed to the overall success of the project and the positive relationships established.
