Minimum Requirements 

  • 2-3+ years of experience in commercial AV integration (Crestron, Extron preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and email communication.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment, following processes and checklists.
  • Skilled in system troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and customer training.
  • Capable of lifting 40 lbs regularly (occasionally over 75 lbs) and working on ladders.
  • Professional English proficiency with the ability to train technicians and ensure industry standards.
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. (25% – 50% of the time) for job site visits.

Preferred Certifications 

  • CTS Certification preferred, but not required
  • OSHA 10

Pay Rate: 

$29.00 – $35.00/hour
