Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in site manpower planning as required; manages material and labor through job completion; supervises security installation projects as assigned by project management
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of project drawings, cabling standards, wiring schematics, relay logic and electrical circuitry.
- Demonstrates leadership by providing mentorship and training of subordinates, furthering their development and career path.
- Proven ability to manage, delegate, supervise and direct the work of multiple technicians, material and tools required for project delivery.
- Performs work within time parameters; ensure compliance with all HR, Safety, and company policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all scope of work is delivered within contractual requirements and specifications.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years’ experience in COMMERCIAL SECURITY INTEGRATION.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal); strong math and computer skills
- Must be able to work on ladders and use power tools; ability to lift/carry/setup a 50-pound box or ladder. Must own all necessary industry tools for installation of security devices and systems.
- Has ability to work occasional 2nd or 3rd shift, travel or overtime when needed.
- Must pass 7-year criminal background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
- High School diploma or equivalent; associate’s or technical degree a plus.
- Any additional industry experience and certifications are a plus.
- Professional working proficiency in English
Pay Rate:
$30.00 – $35.00/hr

Job Summary:
The Low Voltage Security Project Foreman Is the site lead for our commercial construction installations. The foreman understands the construction and installation schedules, identifying critical milestone and predecessors impacting security scope delivery. They provide direction and oversight for the installation crew, performing QA/QC and safety management daily. They understand the Project Manager’s direction for delivery and provide daily updates to Project Manager on project progress. Communicates with trade partners and other internal LINX teams, conducting site walks and attending necessary meetings for coordination and delivery of project scope.
