Job Summary:
We are seeking a personable and organized Front Desk Concierge to provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and staff. This role will include coordinating executive and client events, facilitating catering requests for internal and external events, offering general administrative support, and office management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day office needs. Experience in event planning, office management, or administrative support is a plus.
This position will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and stock of both kitchen spaces, as well as managing office supplies and logistics. The Front Desk Concierge will support the smooth operation of the office environment, ensuring a professional atmosphere, and providing event coordination support for marketing and executive teams.
You are expected to be in the Denver office 5 days per week from 7AM – 4PM with occasional overtime to stay past 5pm for client events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Office Management & Administration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for internal and external events, including meeting room reservations and office space management.
- Provide basic office management, including ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support smooth office operations.
- Order paper, ink, and toner for printers around the office, as well as office supplies to keep the supply closet stocked.
- Order business cards and name tags for new employees.
- Manage FedEx supplies and create shipping labels as needed.
- Report building maintenance issues to facilities management.
Kitchen Maintenance:
- Order and stock paper and plastic products, drinks for the beverage fridge, and coffee supplies, including milk and sauces for espresso machines.
- Maintain the cleanliness of both kitchens, wiping down counters, emptying and cleaning coffee pots, starting the dishwasher at night, and emptying it in the morning.
- Make coffee daily in the back kitchen and ensure both kitchens are stocked and ready for staff use.
- Clean out all refrigerators as needed to ensure cleanliness and freshness.
Event Coordination:
- Support the coordination of executive and client events, managing logistics, scheduling, and materials.
- Facilitate catering requests for internal and external meetings, tours, and other events, ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist with event set-up, breakdown, and ensure spaces are prepared for each event.
- Manage last-minute or more spontaneous food and drink orders, coordinating through Concur as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work in the Denver office 5 days per week
- Ability to work 7AM – 4PM with occasional need for overtime to stay past 5pm for client events.
- Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make sound recommendations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional working proficiency in English
Pay Rate:
$22.00 – $27.00/hr
