Job Summary:
LINX is searching for an in-house recruiter who will help us identify and attract top-tier talent to join one of the fastest-growing low voltage IT integrators in the US.
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be recruiting for roles in commercial structured cabling, access control systems, audio-visual systems, wireless/DAS solutions and mission-critical data centers. You will play a key role in shaping the future of LINX by attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and operational positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with industry professionals, building a pipeline of talent to support LINX’s expansion.
- Ensure candidate alignment with LINX’s core values helping us find the best people for the job who want to help LINX become the best structured cabling company in the US
- Create and maintain job postings including verification of compensation information.
- Post open positions to internal and external job sites.
- Identify and source candidates on social and professional networking sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-up between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Create offer letters and help coordinate onboarding activities between HR, IT, hiring managers and candidate.
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
- Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly.
- Maintains the Company’s professional reputation.
- Assists leadership team with various tasks as needed.
- Provides administrative support to Talent Acquisition team.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to improve recruitment efficiencies and systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 months recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced industry.
- Able to be in-office a minimum of 3 days/week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers at all times especially during peak busy times.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Solid computer skills with Office 365 and stand-alone applications such as Excel, Word and Teams

Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting in the construction industry preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain recruiting data, reporting metrics with confidence
- Experience with recruitment KPI’s
- Demonstrated experience with listening and interviewing skills
- Ability to travel to company branches, colleges, trade schools, and career fairs.
- Gather and analyze information skillfully.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
Pay Rate:
$26.00 – $31.00/hour
