About
LINX successfully handled five project sites simultaneously across the United States, with a comprehensive Scope of Work (SOW). The SOW included the following tasks: receiving materials, installing cabling and cable management components, connecting copper cabling between cabinets and out-of-band (OoB) cabinets, linking spine ports to the distribution panel based on port assignments, connecting fabric ports, handing over operation and maintenance manuals (O&M), labeling cabling components according to global customer labeling specifications, conducting testing, and registering warranties. The project’s success was attributed to meticulous planning and coordination, both with the customer and internally within LINX. Despite the customer being located seven time zones away, effective communication was maintained through numerous calls held at unconventional hours. The five project sites were spread across different locations in the US, each managed by separate project teams. The installation guidelines were followed diligently, and weekly coordination calls were conducted to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and operational execution.
