LINX installed structured cabling and audio-visual systems for the impressive office of the Partners Group in Broomfield, Colorado. The new flagship campus was from the ground up built on 20+ acres that took full advantage of the views of the Front Range. The “Factory” went to great lengths to mimic architecture from the Industrial Revolution while utilizing the latest technology creatively hidden out of site. Currently composed of four buildings. Two office spaces that have 90,000 square ft. of inspired workspace, meeting spaces, executive offices and underground parking, The 18K square foot Amenities Building houses more common areas as well as a dining space with multiple food stations. A 12K square ft. Training Building is decked out with the latest technology system that connects the 350+ capacity auditorium with the other 1,400 employees in 20 offices across 5 continents. A large lobby welcomes you into the open-air environment with a 9-panel screen that showcases the work and history of the international company that is headquartered in Barr, Switzerland. 500,000 feet of Cat6A cable and 6.700 ft. of 48-strand fiber anchor the campus with an eye toward future expansion. The cabling is hidden under the floors with several access points that allow maintenance while not disturbing the day-to-day work environment. All of it connected through 6 strategically located IDFs centralized into one Master Server Room. Dozens of the conference rooms reside in glass-walled floating islands that radiate over the main floor work areas. Wherever you work in the building, the latest audio visual technology will connect the $94B private markets investment manager with its 900+ investors around the world.
